After a hectic week of training and induction, our crews are all set for the new season and the first cruises which departed on Saturday April 8th from Holy Loch Marina. All three vessels headed off around the Mull of Kintyre in good weather conditions to explore the Isles of the Southern Hebrides and the magnificent sea lochs along the coastline of South Argyll. Our calendar is almost sold out for this season already - we are delighted that so many people now have a Majestic Line cruise as a must-have holiday and are particularly pleased that over 40% of our bookings are from returning guests.
A major factor in the high level of demand for our cruises, is of course our crews; dedicated, informed, professional and with great humour, they are all passionate about our vessels, the areas where we undertake our voyages and ensuring our guests have the holiday of a lifetime. We have four crews, each with Skipper, Engineer, Chef and Bosun for our three vessels and a relief Skipper. The majority of our crew members have returned again for the 2017 season, including our four Skippers and four Chefs. There are four new faces which we are very happy to welcome to the company; Robert Murray, Adam Stirling and Ray McQueen have helped out in the past but are now signed up for the full season and Marina Murray is a new bosun aboard the Glen Massan
