Mull and her Inlets and Islands - Glen Massan
James
Thank you for a terrific holiday. I can't thank the crew enough for all their hard work to enable us to have a great time. It is important to stress that individually and as a team they worked incredibly well at ensuring our experience was superb. As a former CEO of a service company I recognise when staff are delivering at top performance levels. This is even more impressive when you take into consideration the limited space they are working in and the ever changing weather conditions.
Iain: Captain. Worked tirelessly to provide good landing spots, where there was interesting things to do, wildlife to observe or just landscape to admire. He was very knowledgeable with the area and had some good stories. He had to endlessly change plans due to at times unfavourable weather/sea conditions but still found good spots for safe landings.
Helen: Chef. Delivered fantastic meals with such a varied choice of top quality food. I thoroughly enjoyed all the meals. Again they were all delivered without fuss and exceptional quality.
Dan: Firstly he was a delight to have around, endlessly cheerful and helpful. He also worked tirelessly and was very impressive with some of the more awkward landing spots.
Yasmine: Steward. Again worked tirelessly and cheerfully, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to help, her table settings just added that special touch.
Please pass my compliments on, I feel it’s important that staff hear the feedback and that management understand and recognise when staff have put in an exceptional effort. They all made the delivery of services look effortless which means there is a lot of hard work behind the scenes happening. Thank you to you all.
