TV Darling

A very popular boat with our guests, Glen Tarsan was featured in the hit television series Cruising with Jane McDonald on a β€˜Mull her Inlets and Islands’ cruise. One of the highlights of the programme was Jane singing in Fingal’s Cave on Staffa.

Glen Tarsan can take a maximum of 11 guests in six double or twin ensuite cabins. There are two cabins on the main deck with the remaining four situated below decks, all cabins have a porthole/window.

Modernity meets Tradition

Like her sister ship Glen Massan, the Glen Tarsan is a lovingly converted wooden hulled former fishing boat. The spacious deck saloon/dining area is where our guests gather and relax – enjoying a book, some conversation, a board game, or simply watching the enchanting Scottish scenery roll by through the panoramic windows. The deck saloon has been redecorated in 2025 with a modern twist on a classic nautical feel. Special attention has been given to providing upholstered furniture providing the utmost comfort to our guests for their lounging needs. Like all our boats, Glen Tarsan is equipped with high-speed onboard Wi-Fi.
