Beautifully Prepared Meals from the Best of Scotland’s Larder

Dining on board our vessels is informal and friendly with meals served at the communal table in the deck saloon. With meals freshly prepared every day by our on board chef, we only use the finest produce and cater to dietary requirements upon request.

Dine in Style

Each meal is generally served at anchor in a new idyllic location, carefully chosen by your skipper, although you may occasionally dine while en route, surrounded by the gliding scenery. The west coast of Scotland is famed for its fish, shellfish, lamb, beef and venison as well as speciality produce such as cheese and preserves. Your chef will source the freshest local produce, often from your anchorage. Picking up mussels at the Loch Spelve mussel farm, or buying shellfish boat-to-boat from local fishermen, are always crowd pleasing activities.

"The food was wonderful: fresh seafood, wine with dinner, local cheeses to sample."

"Graeme’s culinary skills are excellent! How he managed to produce so many, varied and delicious dishes in such a small galley and in the conditions (sometimes choppy) is remarkable! Some of the dishes were truly memorable."
