MV Glen Rosa

Glen Rosa is the newest addition to The Majestic Line fleet – an elegant motor cruiser accommodating up to 6 guests.

Converted to provide a true yachting experience whilst navigating the inlets and islands of the Inner Hebrides, Glen Rosa can accommodate 6 guests in 3 ensuite cabins - one master double cabin accessed via the rear stairway and one double cabin and one twin cabin accessed via the forward stairway. There is a large communal saloon with a dining table and seating, plus plenty of space on deck for relaxing and watching the Hebrides glide by.

Although Glen Rosa cruises the Inner Hebrides on a selection of our scheduled itineraries she is also the perfect boat for private charter!

Private charter is the ideal way for friends/family to enjoy a unique experience – the whole boat is yours to enjoy with the services of your Skipper and private Chef. In conjunction with your Skipper, you can discuss the itinerary allowing personal interests to influence the route.

You may be interested in a more active cruise, going ashore for hikes, wild swimming, or taking to the water on paddleboards or kayaks which are available for use onboard!

Informal dining

All meals are served at the communal table in the deck saloon. Canapés start your dining experience followed by a two-course dinner and then cheese/biscuits.

Fruit and snacks are available throughout the day.

Tea and coffee are served mid-morning and mid-afternoon and soft drinks are available upon request.

Early risers may enjoy a hot drink prior to breakfast.

A well-stocked bar

Complimentary wine is served with dinner and other drinks are available for purchase from the bar. Soft drinks are complimentary and available throughout the day.

Outdoor decks

The outside decks are a delightful aspect of any Majestic Line cruise. They are the perfect place to while away the hours absorbing your surroundings. During the day you can watch for wildlife, wonder at the scenery, or take in the fresh clean air. At night, the decks are the ideal place to stargaze, Scotland has areas of extremely low light pollution making it perfect for viewing the dark skies.

Visit the wheelhouse

When cruising many of our guests like to spend time in the wheelhouse chatting with their Skipper and crew. You can learn more about your boat and how we navigate the waters. The crew has a wealth of information about the local area and will always let you know when there is wildlife/marine life to spot.
