We got calm seas to St Kilda, exciting seas round Lewis. Dolphins and puffins were just a couple of the species sightings. Landing on the Shiants was magical. Stumbling on the Pianocean concert on Rum was extraordinary (thank you Mollie). But most memorable was being able to swim in some of the most remote places. A truly great crew. Our fellow guests were pretty good too.
Once again The Majestic Line ticks all the right boxes. This cruise was a lovely adventure starting with a first night on Loch Melfort - a new one for me. On Sunday we cruised as far as Crinan and had a walk after lunch. Sunset that night was off Jura. Monday saw us visit Islay, then returning to lovely Gigha on Tuesday. After this we set sail for Crinan again, where we had a lovely walk on a warm Wednesday morning before departing for Tayvallich. On the penultimate day we visited Easdale before our final night off Bernera. This was a lovely, relaxing holiday, the crew were really kind, caring and professional. Mags’ cooking was a delight. Thank you for my lovely 6th cruise with The Majestic Line, I’m already looking forward to future adventures!
