Isle of Skye and the Inner Hebrides - Glen Massan

Dear Louisa, Please accept my sincere apologies for not replying sooner, but after we disembarked from the Glen Massan, we both continued to travel in the U.K. to visit friends and family and only returned to Switzerland last week. The cruise was everything you said it would be – we the passengers all got on well and had a lot of laughs (Barbara and I would have enjoyed a little more animation in the evening and we tried a couple of times to initiate activities with the others, but to no avail), the food was excellent and the crew great – welcoming, and willing to help in any way they could. To be honest, the weather wasn’t that bad and we enjoyed the anchorages. For me, it was a dream come true, the scenery is quite spectacular and I loved the peace and tranquillity. I know that Barbara also loved the whole experience as she has thanked me more than once for having had the idea. Yesterday, we were both at the Scots Kirk in Lausanne and friends were eager to hear all about the cruise. In fact two or three have asked for your brochure. We have received the questionnaire and will complete in due course. I am personally flying back to the UK on the 29th to attend family celebrations in England and Scotland and will not return until mid September, so please bear with me as far as the completion of the questionnaire is concerned. Glad you enjoyed the chocolates ! I cannot make any promises at this point, but I think there is a chance that you might see me again! Meantime, Louisa thanks for everything.
